Codling Wind Park’s first Community Newsletter

Codling Wind Park is delighted to share with you the latest news and information on the project.

We’ve been making real progress to deliver a project of which Ireland can be justifiably proud, and in this, our first newsletter, we feature a wide range of recently completed and ongoing activities and we take a look at what’s coming up in the months ahead.

This film shows the impressive LB Jill, which carried out geotechnical investigation work to give us a better understanding of the proposed wind farm site. It was supported by the Wicklow-based AMS Panther for crew transfers. The data gathered in the surveys will help us progress our technical design work and prepare our Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR).

We also introduce some members of the Codling team, a feature we will continue in future newsletters, as we try to make our team and our project as accessible as possible.

Engagement and dialogue are very important to us. As well as keeping you up to date, we also want to hear your feedback, as we continue the development of this flagship project. If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions to share, please do get in touch, by using any of the contact methods.

This newsletter is also being shared via email with a wide range of stakeholders and interested parties, and we are distributing printed copies to a large number of local residents within County Wicklow.

We hope you find the newsletter informative and interesting.
