Deirdre Joyce
Deirdre Joyce is our Community Liaison Officer. Originally from Arklow, she has a huge amount of local knowledge, and brings to the project a wealth of experience in environment and climate policy research, and stakeholder engagement.

It’s why we’ve spent thousands of hours gathering data about the site and why we’re going beyond mitigation in our environmental impact assessment and also looking at opportunities for nature-inclusive design to improve the local biodiversity. Erlend Christiansen
Erlend Christiansen is our Offshore Licensing Manager and also local to the proposed site for Codling Wind Park. He grew up in Wicklow Town and moved to Bray in 2016, after working on a variety of offshore projects all over the world. Courtney French
We’re the first developer in Ireland to appoint a Fisheries Engagement Manager and commit to a code of practice for how we’ll engage with fishers and support marine life on the Codling Bank. New details about the project were announced ahead of the second round of public consultation, which is taking place from the 11th of January to the 8th of February. The consultation will include a number of face-to-face exhibitions in Wicklow and Poolbeg, together with an online virtual exhibition and a series of dedicated information clinics.

Codling Wind Park Limited has applied to the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage for a new Foreshore Investigation Licence. The licence will enable Codling Wind Park to undertake further offshore surveys and site investigations in 2023 and beyond.
